PLEASE GO TO THE END OF
THE DOCUMENT TO SEE THE JUNE 8 UPDATES
The
following shows are for the mining purists. You will only see mining artifacts,
no other antiques. So, if you are only interested in mining artifacts these
shows will help add to your mining collection.
NOTE: It
is early yet so not all of the schedules have been set and there has been one cancellation. Please check on each location in question to make sure they
are going to be held.
The shows are in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Kentucky where there has been a lot of mining history. The first one is only a few weeks away, so you need to get busy!

Pictures from February 9, 2019 show at Tuscon
The 2019 show was a big success. This is a good start for 2019 artifact shows. I have been going to the show for many years and this was one of the better for attendance, vendors and deals. The picture below shows a couple shots of the event.

MAY 12 UPDATES
The
following are pictures taken at this year’s show at Grass Valley on May 11.
This is the first time we have attended this show and there were 60 to 75
vendors selling railroad items, guns, mining and other memorabilia. The building
was full with a lot of customers. I found about a dozen vendors that
sold mining related items and (3) of them were at the Tucson show earlier this year.
We traveled two days to get there and will not do it again since the mining
aspects were few. Here are some pictures taken at the show:
JUNE 8 UPDATES
The
following are pictures taken at this year’s show at Ouray on June 8.
This is the third time we have attended this show and there were 15 to 20
vendors selling mining artifacts and other memorabilia. The building
was full with a lot of customers. I found about half a dozen vendors that
sold mining related items at the Tucson show earlier this year. There were fewer vendors from last year. Here are some pictures taken at the show:
We have an old riveted gold mining car and have decided to sell it. We are having a terrible time trying to find a reasonable selling price. Could you direct me to someone who might be of help?
